Can You Give Me A Ballpark Figure On What It Would Cost To Carpet A 12×12 Room, In Berber?
I would love to get new carpet. I am not really able to run to different carpet stores to check prices. I’m thinking that a fair quality of berber would meet my needs pretty well. I’ve heard it’s fairly inexpensive.
Any guesstimates?

I found berber carpet (CHEAP CHEAP CHEAPEST) at a couple dollars a square foot($2- $2.50), which includes the padding. But it will depend on where you live, plus how much installation will cost you. Keep in mind it will be less if there is no carpet to rip up, and no furniture to move. So probably about $350 for the carpet itself, especially since it comes on 12 ft wide rolls, you will have little wasted carpet (which is the expensive part).
