How Much Would The Cheapest Berber Carpet Cost For A 10×15 Room (roughly)?
I’ll be installing myself. I just need a rough guess on price for carpet alone. I live in massachustts, and if anyone has a good place for me to get this carpet that would be great, thanks.

In the Phila area, I put in a 14×16 berber for less than 300, no padding.

Yeah maybe $6 a sq. yd. but HD often prices by the sq. ft. then also notes a price of intsalled the the sq. yd. THEY sell carpet by the Linear ft. or yard, since their stock is either 12 or 6 ft. wide.
If you can get 150 sq. ft. for $225, and it’s decent, you probably should grab it up.
Cheap may not be a bargain, and Berber is a tough clean.
If you can get Berber in a $3 per sq. ft. range, you might be getting something substantial. Certainly remnants can be found, even at HD, but 150 sq. ft. should cost $450 at the low end for anything mosdestly decent.

I’ve seen it as cheap as $6.00 a square yard at Home Depot
