How To Get The Old Milk Smell From The Carpet?
My little brother spilled some milk on the carpet the other day and it smells gross. My mom has tried a bunch of cleaners and yesterday we got our carpet professionally cleaned but it’s still gross. Now, my parents are thinking about paying a lot of money for a new carpet. Is there anything else we can do?

use a spray bottle fill 1/2 of it with cold water and the other 1/2 white vinegar and shake, spray on the spilled milk area really good, then just let it air dry.

Here is a site that I would highly recommend. They have very high quality stain removal techniques. I would suggest repeating the process after the first application, and rinsing the rug out with cool water in between applications. Best of luck!
