How Can I Weather A New Section Of Indoor/outdoor Carpet To Match The Older Faded Carpet?
we patched a small area of our balcony and put down a new piece of the same carpet, which is much darker than the older carpet.

The problem is that the new patch will fade in time – if you artificially change the colour now it will end up fading to a different colour than the rest probably in a short time. I should wait and see if it lightens of its own accord.

steam clean the old carpet.
