The rear wheels were so stiff it wouldn’t go backwards. Donated it to a charity. Rating: 1 / 5

Just got this (a week earlier than promised) and it cleans so well I’d swear it came with dirt already in it — or I’ve left it a bit late in doing my own cleaning. Easy, lightweight and picks up if you apply a little pressure on the handle. Effortless emptying of dust bins. And best of all, you can keep cleaning during a power outage! Rating: 5 / 5

It came long before it was suppose to. Pleasant suprise! The rear wheels are a little stiff at first. It still picks up as good or better that the Bissell it replaced! Durability will be the big question! Rating: 4 / 5

The carpet sweeper is quiet as can be, no electricity needed so it does not scare children or pets. Cleans small messes quite well. Easy to clean out as well. Rating: 5 / 5

This device works better than a vacuum cleaner in the removal of dog hair from carpets! It is scary to see how much hair can be embedded in a rug by a continually shedding dog!
It is worthy of praise, and works quietly! Rating: 5 / 5
