This is the best tape I’ve found for holding down rugs. The smaller rugs (in doorways) stay down really well. I can even vacuum over them without pulling them up. I need to put more on the room size rug to keep it in place. Rating: 5 / 5

The product was returned because the label stated that the tape could possibly make marks and/or remove the finish from a hardwood floor. That information was not given in the Amazon description. Rating: 1 / 5

This carpet tape is the worst I’ve ever used. I used it on a hall runner…the tape did not hold the carpet in place at all. I kept having to reposition the carpet every other day because it had moved from its original location. I do not recommend. Rating: 1 / 5
