    i would drink the water you tree hugging hippies. the highest risk is inhalation of crystaline silica which is in gravel and many other things. they are just looking for something for nothing like everybody else in this country…

    I’m so disappointed by Obama’s choice of Ms. Jackson to head the EPA. We were promised change and it the same old equivocating and cow towing to industry. Coal ash is a hazardous waste and should be regulated as such. Now more than ever we need a strong EPA with strong leadership.
