Gorilla Glue is GNARLY! I imagine the only way to remove it would be to cut it out as close to the glue as possible. Any other method and you risk creating a larger damage area.
In the future, remember Gorilla Glue is serious stuff!

I found the Gorilla Glue website. It did not have your answer but here is the link to their contact page where you can drop them a line with your question. My suggestion would be that you try super glue remover but Gorilla Glue is a totally different product.

Anything that would dissolve polyurethane glue (such as Gorilla Glue) will take your carpet right along with it. The best you can hope for is to scrape, pick, or maybe comb out most of it.
