This product is GREAT. I was amazed at how clean and how effectively it worked on our carpet.

I will never buy from this site again.
I had to reorder twice and they finally shipped it 3 weeks later. In fact FedEx tracking link showed them shipping the product the day after my last email to this site saying “Where’s my stuff”.
