How Much Should It Cost To Tack 5 Areas Of Carpet Back Down After Hard Wood Floors Were Laid?
I had hard wood laid where there once was carpet. The installer pulled up the carpet but I need to have it tacked back down to the edges of the hard wood. 3 areas are door ways and 1 is about 4 feet.

Depends where you live and if you are going to hire a handyman or a contractor. In Northern California where wages are high a contractor would charge about $250 to $350.
