Do You Think A Condo Looks Tacky If It Has Area Rugs All Over To Cover Up Bad Stains?
Should they all be exactly the same rug, the same color, the same shape? Do you think it looks tacky if a small condo has three area rugs in it? My condo is 936 square feet. Where is the cheapest store to get an area rug? Thanks.

go for it as long as the rugs fit in with everything else it doesn’t matter, try big lots for cheap area rugs

I feel your pain, noone likes to look at a stained carpet, it can ruin the feel and smell of a room.Since you say your condo, Im going to assume you are not renting but own it, also Im guessing that at 936 sf about 600 sf are carpeted. I recommend shopping around for agreeable terms and prices for recarpeting. You can purchase inexpensive, mill ends and remnants from carpet and building supply vendors if you are on a very limited budget, and industrial carpeting lends itself nicely to modern style condos and pay an installer to remove and replace. It is worth it.

well… you can also get wall to wall carpeting if you can afford it as 3 to 4 rugs in one room might look over done.. get cheap wall to wall carpet and it will cover all your floor.. or try to get one bigger rug to cover stains if they are located nearer to each other.. apart from that you can place mats.. large floor mats that look good if purchased in matching colors to the furntiure

as for a temporary solution, yes you can put rugs on it but the best thing is have it washed or recarpet if its still there
