1993 Ford Explorer Limited Before and After Overhaul Detailing
In thisvideo I give a full in depth tour of a 1993 Ford Explorer Limited. My first detailing video of 2010. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this suv while showing details before and after I did a complete detailing to the vehicle, which had been sitting for a while. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. As A Landlord, Do I Have To Replace Pet Stained Carpet Before My Next Tenant Moves In?
I’m in California and am wondering what the protocol is for getting a property ready for another renter when the previous renter had a large inside dog. There are a few pet stains on the carpet which could probably be steam cleaned. However, I’ve heard that when you do that, you run the chance of bringing the stain to the surface and locking the odor into the carpet and padding. Therefore I’m curious if replacing the carpet is required or at least recommended. If so, should I only replace the obviously affected areas or should I replace it all?

Do I Need To Wash Bathroom Rugs Before Using Them? Will It Stain The Floors If I Dont?
A while back i bought some high dollar rugs for the bathroom. They were yellow and stained the floors yellow. Well since then we have moved and now have nicer tiled floors and i dont want to stain the floors this time. the rugs are different and green. I have never had any bathroom rugs stain floors and i want to know how to prevent this from happening. If you have any suggestions PLEASE let me know. THANKS!!

How Best Can I Get The Builder’s Dust From The Flooring Before Carpet Installation ?
Just had a house built and the last thing is the carpet installation. The plywood flooring has been vacuumed several times but there is still dust and grime embedded in the plywood and on the surface. I was wondering if using a carpet shampooer (not the scrubber, just the wet vacuum wand) with just warm water would help clean the surface from dust. Will the water harm the plywood flooring at all or make a pasty mess? I am somewhat intolerant of dust and would like to prevent the carpeting from pumping up the dust over the years. Your thoughts are appreciated.

How Did People Clean Rugs Before Vacuums?
I’m watching Pride and Prejudice and all the rooms have hardwood floors with large rugs. How did they get them clean? It seems strange they would have dragged them outside to beat them twice a week.

How Do You Pretreat Carpet Before Steam Cleaning?
When I used a carpet extractor, it took the carpet stains out really well but was too much work so I bought a steam cleaner. It works well but doesn’t get the stains out as well. The carpet is a lot lighter after steam cleaning but how can I pretreat the carpet so I can get the stains out the first try?
