How Do You Remove Turpentine From The Carpet In Your Car’s Trunk?
I accidentally spilled turpentine in the trunk of my car. It absorbed into the carpet and the spare trunk area, causing the whole car to smell pretty badly. I’ve removed as much as I could with paper towels, and tried cleaning the removable carpet with Simply Green and a stream of hot water. Some of the turpentine, however, still remains on the carpet and in the spare tire area. Any suggestions?
