I Took In A Homeless Cat, How Can I Prevent It From Scratching My Expensive Rugs?
it’s a sweet cat and I already had it checked by a vet but I don’t know how to train it not to scratch the rugs. He’s one year old.

Carpet More Expensive Than Hardwood On New Home?
Generally speaking, is it more expensive to install hardwood flooring on a new construction project when the builder offers carpet as the first option for bedroom and living room? I want to go Oak hardwood instead of the carpet. Anybody have an idea on the difference per square foot I’d be looking at?
