What Is The Best Carpet For Children With Indoor/outdoor Allergies In A High Traffic Area?
We have 2 girls (6 and 2 years of age) and two dogs (1 – outdoor shephard, 1 – small indoor terrier). Considering carpet or foam mats for family room in basement leading to outdoor patio and hallway leading to stairs and basement master bedroom. Need economical suggestions that can be replaced in about 10 years with hardwood flooring. Dogs use this area everyday to go outside. Shephard is always dirty. What Is The Best Way To Get Stains Out Of Indoor/outdoor Carpet?
we are in a small rental with indoor/outdoor carpet (or the same type that’s in offices) throughtout. i have a 3 year old who spills a lot. since carpet is throughtout, eating/drinking somewhere carpetfree isn’t an option. the regular shampooer doesn’t seem as effictive on this texture of carpet. plus, it’s a pain to bring it out EVERY week for all the spills which have added up. anyone know of a good quick, spot clean method for the indoor/outdoor carpet?
