What Kind Of Stain Guard Can You Use On Your Carpet After You Have Steam Cleaned It?
I had to clean my new carpet. In doing so I belive I have removed any stain guard that was on it. I would like to put some kind of stain guard back on it now that it is clean.

What Kind Of Vacuum Can I Use On Berber Carpet? What Good Vacuum Doesnt Have A Beater Brush?
We just had berber carpet put in all of the bedrooms, while the rest of the house is hardwood. We’ve been told not to use a vacuum with a “beater brush”. We are not looking to pay $400 for a Dyson (which is what keeps being recommended to us). I need something around $100 or less. What works? Need great suction, as we have kids AND pets!

What Kind Of Old Cigarettes Came With Mini Rugs?
My grandfather and I were cleaning out his attic, and we found some old mini rugs that he said came with either cigarettes or tobacco. He just cant remember who, or what company they came from. They would have been from the 1950’s.

What Kind Of Carpet Should I Use At My Entrance Hall That Is Practical And Classy?
We just put hardwood flooring down on our entire main floor. It’ s beautiful now, but I need to put a carpet down that is durable and waterproof to a point. We have a huge entrance with a16′ ceiling and I don’t want to make it look tacky, but I can’t help thinking practical ‘cuz I don’t want it to be ruined in a month. We live in a cold climate with lots of snow in winter and rain in spring.

Vinyl and ceramic tile are cold, I want my floors to feel warm. Also, is there such a thing as waterproof carpet padding, in case the slab might get damp?

What Kind Of Rugs Are Best For Hardwood Stairs?
Have new hardwood staircase that’s already getting scratched. Heard latex backing causes damage/discoloration to the wood.
